TNG Episode Quote Game

I've ok'd this idea with our kind MOD here in the TNG room....there is a quote game in the Movie section and i thought it might be fun having one in here. The rules are the same and are simple. The first person (which will be me, obviously) leaves a quote from a TNG episode. The next person has to identify who said the quote and the title of the episode the quote is from. It also helps if you mention who the quote is being said to, but i suppose that isnt mandatory (but it might make the game a little more difficult and fun)....and then, the person who ID'd the quote leaves a new quote. I think it will help if you put the new quote in BOLD lettering. Have fun!

So, i'll start with this quote:

I have been wracking my brains on the one you left. Pretty sure that its an ep that i havent watched in a loooong time. I think it is from "Emergence"--and I'm taking a guess here...is it Dr Crusher to Data? If not, maybe Guinan to Data?
