All of the stereo remastered albums will be available individually. Fear not. Amazon has pre-order listings for each of them.
So I take it these remasters aren't going to be your usual "LOL LETS COMPRESS THE HELL OUT OF EVERYTHING AND MAKE IT LOUDERZ" affairs?

bol.com has them individualy listed as well...
And the box set is €259.99 here in the Netherlands...
Got "Past Masters" yesterday and "Revolver" today. The difference is so dramatic it actully takes awhile to get use to. I like it. I too, after listening to the Beatles all my life, am hearing all sorts of things I never heard before. Everything is so crisp and clear, just stunning.
I just saw them here at HMV in Toronto. Individually, they're priced at $12.99-great for the Canadian consumer, and for me.
The only exceptions are The White Album and the Past Masters compilations-both cost $29.99, IIRC.
And here's a really odd (and annoying) thing: I was trying to rip all of the albums to iTunes, but three songs: I'll Be Back from "Hard Day's Night," Good Night from "The White Album," and Her Majesty from "Abbey Road" are come up as being fifteen hours long. iTunes locks up as it tries to rip them. If I try to play those tracks in Windows Media Player, they play up until the point that the track is actually supposed to end and then WMP encounters an error. What's going on?

Also, is anyone getting The Mono set. I'm not obsessive enough to purchase that too, but I'd be interested in seeing how it fares.

These are the last songs on every disc, if I'm not mistaken (I'm at work at the moment). I suppose the problem lies with the mini-documentary at the end of each album. Probably iTunes doesn't know what to do with it. I'd recommend a decent audio ripping program, anyway, like 'Exact Audio Copy' (it's free).
Tried that and it worked. Thanl you so much.
The mono set has fewer discs, but is more expensive?!?
Yikes...
