I tried recording, once. We couldn't watch live for some reason so I programmed the VCR not remebering that we had just switch to Cable and Channel 12 was now Channel 11. So I ended up recording 1 hour of the shopping channel instead of Part 2 of Best of Both Worlds having waited for it all summer!!!

Never again.

Islander - you need a DVR. I made the same mistake many times. It is so incredibly liberating to not have to give a &*^! about broadcast schedules anymore. You can watch whenever you like.

So for me - TIVO'ed the same night. You can start watching 15 minutes late, and completely catch up at the end by skipping commercials.

Probably watch it as it appears on Sky. Given the usual timing, I don't think it'll clash with anything.

It's my daughter's birthday that day so we'll be at Chuck E. Cheese that night. But, the wife and I will probably watch it after my daughter goes to bed.

I remember when Atlantis premiered we were having tile put down in our livingroom so we watched it on our big tube TV which was on the floor in our bedroom at the time.

I'll be catching the east coast feed so it'll be live at 5 or 6pm. I'll be getting off work early, boxed wine at the ready because I know I'll be housed by the end of it. And I'll actually DVR it so I can get about 30-40 behind live to skip the commercials.

I am banking for it to be on Hulu and I'll watch it from there as I canceled my TV service months ago.
