Well now that all the big summer movies are out, I think it's great that Star Trek has the highest ranking of any live action movie in the blockbuster category.
(cartoons don't count) The Rotten Tomato ranking of 95 is hard to beat.

Here are the ranking for the year.

Trek beat all the blockbusters and some movies that were suppose to be blockbusters but failed at the box office

I THINK (read: hope) he meant that the other movies which were SUPPOSED to be blockbusters that failed at the box office...I think anyway....

Trek never failed, but T4 did, that is what I am talking about, and Transformers failed in the ratings rankings, last I saw it was at 20, pathetic for a movie that made so much at the box office.

T4 only somewhat failed. And it looks like they're still moving ahead with T5 and T6.

I'm surprised the film got that high a rating.....but glad that it did so....

Anyone remember what NEMESIS got for its final Rotten Tomatoes rating a few years back? I can't imagine it being anywhere even close to 95.

NEMESIS:
Awesome special effects.

The script of a bad OUTER LIMITS episode.

Yeah, I tried to take Shinzon more seriously and three-dimensionally. But whenever he spouted those cheesy, over-the-top lines like some Bond villain with a volcano lair and bunch of nukes I cringed. Picard was efete and snotty at times but HE never talked like that even when he was angry.

Yeah, they should make a cut of Nemesis that's nothing but the space-battle scenes. The only part of the movie worth keeping.
