I'm looking to rip a screen cap every 10 seconds or so from a DVD, sort of like what Trekcore has.
Anyone have any suggestions of some software that does this?

KMplayer does everything. Trust me, you'll never look back once you use it.
The automated screencap thingy is a godsend for animated gifs, and you can easily set it to cap every 10 seconds.

I'd also like to point out that Spiff sold me on it.Also, you can hit Ctrl+G.
I use it for animated avatars. Having it capture every three frames seems to do the trick.
