You're allowed to dislike what you like, but by the same token, I'm allowed to disagree with the points you raised. How about you stick to debating those points instead of baselessly accusing people of telling you what you're allowed to do. Sound good?
Then why don't you actually defend Activision's business practices instead of just saying "Don't buy it if you don't like it". That's a pretty weak way to defend the company against my long list of complaints.
Because "don't like it, don't buy it" is the bottom line whan you're a consumer. You vote with your wallet. It's not like these games are essential to survive, they're luxuries that you choose to buy. You choose to pay what the RRP is when you go into the store and buy the game. If you choose to continue paying whatever the company charges, then why the hell aren't they going to try and squeeze you for more?
If you don't buy Activision products, then fair enough, you've made your stand, and it's up to everyone else to follow suit and force the company to re-evaluate those business practices. But if you're bitching here about Activision's business practices, and then still buying their products, then you're a hypocrite, and your only validating those practices.
Activision feel justified in doing what they do because millions of people worldwide buy their products every year. If those millions of people stopped buying their stuff, they'd think twice about jacking up the prices. However, that's never going to happen.
