Possibly, if you don't mind somebody's old moldy smelling, beat up leftovers. I'm talking about new, still-shrink-wrapped stuff. I only buy used unless I'm really desperate.

I'm re-watching Farscape at the moment (I have the Starburst sets) and as long as all of my discs play fine I won't be buying the new sets. OTOH, if any of my discs are screwed up I might pick up the complete series set and sell my Starburst sets (the ones with working discs of course).

It'll depend on whether or not they turn up here at all, and then it'll depend on what sort of price tag is attached (more than likely, it'll be outrageous) and what sort of extras are included. I have a number of dud disks in my current sets, and the R4 sets are basically crap so it'd be nice to get something better.

Well, if the sets come from A&E, then I'll definately look into getting them. I wanted the old Starburst versions, but could never find them (and based on some of the comments here, I'm glad I didn't.). A&E generally puts out excellent disks, but you guys are right, they usually cost an arm and a leg.

And a kidney, and a heart, and parts of your brain, and lower intestine......

Does anybody know when these will be released? I saw the November tentative date, but nothing has been confirmed.

Eh, not too impressed. I wish the cover art for each box was more related to the individual season. And it's pretty lame that "The Peacekeeper Wars" is not included.

^ Yeah I definitely don't care much for the cover art. I'll just keep my Starburst sets.

Meh, the box art is lame, and it does suck that they aren't including The Peacekeeper Wars, but that still won't stop me from making this set mine. :D

How many of these commentaries are new? Are any of them? Sounds like a re-tread of the Starburst sets, which is good, because I have all those.

The box art looks decent enough to me, With the msrp of $149 it comes out to about $37 a season, but I'm sure it will be less with online discounts just don't buy it at Suncoast.

Suncoast still exists? I think the one in the mall here closed ages ago. I'm not surprised. It had lots of cool things that I would never be able to afford, so I would always look and then go online to buy somewhere else.

$149 is actually quite a reasonable price.

Yes but there are only a handful left, only one in my whole state.

Suncoasts (as well as Sam Goody and Media Plays) all disappeared arround here, years ago as well. I wasn't surprised since they'd totally rape your wallet if you bought from them.

For all 4 seasons yes. However, the 4 season sets I have were $100+ each. I bought them only durring sale times though which shaved a lot of that off though.

The box art isn't really speaking to me, and I really don't care for the lack of PKW. I mean, how could they call it a "complete series set" without the ending? Regardless, MSRP of $150 ain't bad. I may finally cave and buy it along with the miniseries. Although it'll be really lame if they suddenly do a much better Blu-ray release.

Blu-Ray is the only way that I would buy the set at this point.

I'll bet the individual season sets are basically the lower images we saw, minus the larger cover box. That would be rather like a distributor...

I think the reason PKW wasn't included was because A&E doesn't have the rights for it and for whatever reason never acquired it for this release.
Do we even know if the series can be put into high def? I mean if it was all done on tape like TNG, DS9, and VOY, it would be cost prohibitive to be made into high def or downright impossible if it was filmed on tape so putting it on Blu-Ray would be pointless.
