No, that's not Tony Todd. Todd was in TNG and DS9 playing Worf's brother Kurn, on VOY as Alpha Hirogen and also without makeup as adult Jake Sisko in the DS9 episode "The Visitor".

#18 has been already guessed by ThorDamar - the actor's name is Mel Johnson Jr., he was in Total Recall among other things, and he played a Cardassian, Legate Broca, puppet leader under the Dominion.

You did great, since you didn't seem to read the rest of the thread. Quite a few people have already been recognized. You're the first to guess #10, 14 and 27.

A roundup of all the aliens that have already been recognized (with info from Memory Alpha on all the roles they played, in some cases I didn't know or forgot some of their multiple roles!):

0 - Michael Dorn (Worf), obviously
1 - Gwynyth Walsh - B'etor (TNG/DS9/Generations) (+ human-looking Nimira, from a race called Mari on VOY)
2 - Suzie Plakson - K'Ehleyr (TNG), Dr Solar (TNG), Q (VOY), Tarah (an Andorian on ENT)
3 - Roxann Dawson - B'Elanna Torres (VOY)
4 - Marc Alaimo - Dukat (DS9), Macet (TNG), Romulan Commander Tebok (TNG), a couple of humans on TNG/DS9, and even an Antican :rommie: (also on TNG)
5 - Casey Biggs - Damar (DS9)
6 - Salome Jens - Female Founder (DS9)
7 - Alice Krige - Borg Queen (FC)
8 - ? nobody has guessed her yet, but it is one of the more difficult ones.
008a.jpg

008b.jpg

9 - also not an easy one. She was in just one episode.
009.jpg

10 - Linda Thorson - Gul Ocett (TNG episode "The Chase")
11 - Dina Meyer - Romulan Commander Donatra (Nemesis)
12 - Tracy Scoggins (Lockley from B5) - Gilora Rejal (the Cardassian scientist who had a crush on O'Brien in DS9 episode "Destiny")
13 - Jennifer Gatti - Ba'el (TNG "Birthright")
14 - Yvonne Craig - Marta (crazy Orion girl in TOS "Whom Gods Destroy")
15 - Aron Eisenberg - Nog (DS9), also appeared as a human (newspaper boy) in "Far Beyond the Stars" and was in VOY as a Kazon-Ogla youth called kar (I actually had no idea about the VOY role until I just looked it up to see if he's played any other roles :alienblush: )
16 - J. G. Hertzler - Martok (DS9), Laas (DS9 "Chimera"), a human on "Far Beyond the Stars" and a few other roles as Klingons, a Vulcan and even a Hirogen fighter, on DS9, VOY and ENT. http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/J.G._Hertzler
17 - John Vickery (also known from B5) - Rusot (Damar's bigoted Resistance buddy on DS9) + Betazoid survivor on TNG "Night Terrors", Klingon advocate Orak on ENT "Judgment"
18 - Mel Johnson Jr. - Legate Broca (S7 of DS9)
19 - Robert O'Reilly - Gowron (TNG/DS9)
20 - Max Grodenchik - Rom (DS9)
21 - also a difficult one, also in one episode
021.jpg

22- even more difficult
022.gif

23 - Mark Allen Shepherd - Morn (DS9 + cameos on TNG and VOY) - he actually was briefly seen without makeup in "Who Mourns for Morn" as the guy Quark makes sit in Morn's chair
24 - Barbara March - Lursa (TNG/DS9/Generations)
25 - Kevin Conway - Kahless (TNG "Rightful Heir")
26 - another difficult one, also a one-episode role
026.jpg

27 - Cliffton Collins Jr. - Ayel (ST09)
28 - Andrew Robinson - Garak (DS9)
29 - Rachel Nichols - Gaila (ST09)
30 - Jeffrey Combs - all sorts of roles: Weyoun (DS9), Brunt (DS9), Shran (ENT), plus several others aliens I can't even bother to remember, and a human on "Far Beyond the Stars" http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Jeffrey_Combs
31 - Wallace Shawn - Grand Nagus Zek (DS9)
32 - not an easy one; hint: one of the posters thought that Mel Johnson Jr. played the character he played
032.jpg

33 - Brian Thompson - Romulan Admiral Valdore (ENT), Toman'Torax (the trouble-making Jem'Hadar killed by his First) in DS9 "To the Death" + a couple of Klingons on TNG and GEN and a member of a race called Dosi in DS9 "Rules of Acquisition"
34 - this is very difficult, but a hint: this guy also played a Jem'Hadar, in addition to a couple of other smaller roles
034a.jpg

034b.jpg

35 - Phil Morris - Third Remata'Klan on DS9 "Rocks and Shoals" + Klingon Commander/Grilka's guard on DS9, and a few humans including Lt. John Kelly on VOY, a cadet on ST III:TSFS, and even a kid on TOS "Miri"
36 - I had to put this guy because I really liked his Jem'Hadar character
036.jpg

37 - Clarence Williams III - Omet'iklan (Jem'Hadar First) on DS9 "To the Death"
38 - nobody has guessed it yet
038.jpg

I feel so geeky after compiling all this info. :alienblush:  Then again, there's no way I would've known half of it without checking MemoryAlpha, so maybe I'm that much of a geek after all. :rommie:

18 is Tony Todd? I should have known that one. He was in Candyman etc, but wow...i didnt recognize him in that pic. M.. you sure?
No, I wasn't sure -- he looks too young, for one thing -- but I thought there were some similarities in facial features, so I guessed. I sure wouldn't have been able to recognize him through the makeup, though.

You did great, since you didn't seem to read the rest of the thread. Quite a few people have already been recognized. You're the first to guess #10, 14 and 27.
I tried to do it cold, just to see how many I could get.

If I'd missed Tara-ra-boom-de-ay, I'd have to turn in my Avengers card (which wouldn't do at all) though she's also pretty much unrecognizable under the makeup. #14 was also a must-catch; besides playing Marta, she appeared on The Wild Wild West and she was Batgirl (all important parts of my TV viewing, growing up. :D ) I saw several pictures of #27 attached to interviews before the movie came out, so he was easy for me to spot.

21 - also a difficult one, also in one episode
021.jpg
Was she the Cardassian in DS9's "Tribunal" that oversaw the trial.
He played the Jem'Hadar in "The Jem'Hadar".36 -
He played Tosk on DS9 and Dolum in the Xindi arc on Enterprise. Scott MacDonaled. He also was a Starfleet officer in Caretaker.
That's Quark's cousin Gaila I think that we saw in "Business as Usual" and "The Magnificent Ferengi". I don't know his name though. The eyes give it away.

No, but both Lursa and B'etor are in the pics on this page and haven't been recognized yet. This actress was in just one episode of DS9, but I was curious what females of that race looked like in real life. :p Hint: which race is uglier than the Klingons? :klingon:

Hmmmm.... uglier than Klingons? Tellarites immediately come to mind...Anticans are another...
I didn't mean either of them, but oh god, you are right, Tellarites are even uglier! TOS sure knew how to make an ugly alien race. But then they weren't that much on screen, were they? As for Anticans, well, strangely enough, one of the actors from the list actually played an Antican in one of his many Trek appearances (the only named Antican, I think), but it sure wasn't one of his better known Trek roles. And he was certainly totally unrecognizable as far as looks go! http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/memoryalpha/en/images/thumb/5/51/BadarNDD.jpg/600px-BadarNDD.jpg

You make it through an entire thread hosting images and then you don't bother with these? What's up with that? Seriously, though, I changed them to links, but please don't do this again.

Could be because I renamed and uploaded those pics specifically for this purpose so I can post a quiz? Why should I bother with every single picture? They're from Memory Alpha for god's sake. You could do a bloody Internet search, unless you're that lazy, but that doesn't stop you from expecting me to host every single picture.

Actually, yeah, they should all be hosted. Alidar's just doing his job.

You can also use something like TinyURL.

There's also a stickied thread in this very forum reminding you of that fact. And I told you this previously

So please keep it in mind in the future.

If you don't want to host them, leave them as links

:techman: startrekwatcher and GaryMitchell!

21 - also a difficult one, also in one episode

He played Tosk on DS9 and Dolum in the Xindi arc on Enterprise. Scott MacDonaled. He also was a Starfleet officer in Caretaker.
He also played my favorite Jem'Hadar character in DS9 "Hipocratic Oath". And he was apparently also a Romulan on TNG.

It seems you're wrong about this one - Gaila was played by some other guy. http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Josh_Pais
http://www.imdb.com/media/rm917934336/nm0656929

But the guy on pic 38 also played a few Ferengis (but not just them)... and really, it's easy to mix Ferengis up. (Oops, did this sound racist? :alienblush: )

34 - this is very difficult, but a hint: this guy also played a Jem'Hadar, in addition to a couple of other smaller roles
034a.jpg

034b.jpg

Scott Thompson Baker. He played the Jem Hadar First on "One Little Ship".
:techman: Yep.

Good catch about Natima Lang.

Looking at this thread. I've just realized that Quark has been involved with a surprising number of hot women, or at least, women played by good-looking actresses. :wtf:

Deborah May. She played Haneek on the DS9 episode "Sanctuary".
You're wrong about this one though. Although they do look alike a bit, without makeup.
