I've enrolled into a university!

I'm sorry, I had to tell someone. Finally, after 10 years of waiting and concerning myself with everyone else, I finally enrolled into a university. I'll be working on my Associates in Business Foundations.

It was so easy, too! It took about an hour over the phone with my counselor to get it all set up, to get my FAFSA done, and now I'm all set! I get to have some higher learnin'!

I got my stuff from the community college today (I was out of town last week, today was the first day since I got back that the post office was open to get the mail they were holding). I still have to do the enrolling part.

I'm starting classes in January. When are you starting, J?

Thank you. I chose the accelerated program and will have that degree in less than two years. Then they will help place me in a job where I can build on that degree!

It's never too late. One of my friends is still in college, and he is 29. Another one just recently graduated and she was 32!

Have fun in college, but not too much fun! The teacher in me must remind you to do your homework and to not spend too much time here.
