Michael gets a hold of a crime lord who seems to be the prime suspect in a Miami PD investigation, so he wants to hand him over in return for being left alone.

Will this finally mean the end of having to endure Moon Bloodgood's overwritten and overacted character? Probably not, but one can hope.

^God, I hope so.

I'm so glad Burn Notice is back on. It's one of the VERY few things on this summer that I actually want to watch.

The cop just seems like she's on a completely different show. If she thought Michael was some super dangerous bad guy, she would be acting much differently around him. If she thought he was some vigilante, she would be acting much differently around him. So what exactly is she after him for and wasting taxpayer money with all these cops following him around?

This is like how a soap opera has an anti-hero mob boss on the show who is this really "bad dude" with a heart of gold, yet his business doesn't involve drugs, weapons or human trafficking. So why exactly is he on the top of the most-wanted list?

In fact, Paxson repeats the same five generic lines over and over again like she's on a soap opera.

I liked this one. Paxson has the potential for becoming a sort-of ally -- if he occasionally helps her out she might do him a turn as well once in a while...

OTOH, I'm really getting ticked off at Michael for insisting on getting his old job back. It would be different if he wanted his "honorable" reputation restored, or that he wanted to make America safer ... but he seems to want back in just because...

^ Yeah. I have a feeling that something will happen and he will change his mind in a forced plot twist. We shall see.

This one was a bit "meh" for me. The cop-angle took away too much from the main plot. I gave this one an "average."

Nice to see Nick Turturro back in action. That raised it to above average for me. Otherwise, I'm pretty much done with the Paxson character.

Liked how Tommy was actually willing to die for these three--who he really didn't know. Boy, the guy was an idiot otherwise though. Just as well he got out of the business.

About Paxson. I can't stand her. Don't like the character, don't like the actress. Oh "she's gonna be keeping her eye on him"? Like she could physically threaten him?

What really makes her think she can be anything more than a pain in the ass to him? Oh, that's enough? "Hey, Weston, I'm gonna be a pain in the ass on you because I'm too ineffectual to actually threaten you in any realistic way." Is that her angle?

^ I agree. Paxson is really dragging the show down... so very hard to take her seriously as an adversary for Michael and his friends. I despised Carla but at least she was a very credible bitch.

Paxson = pathetic. What in the world are the producers thinking?!

I thought this one was great. I loved the supporting cast, although I was wishing that Michael would have stood up to Paxson a little more. I really wanted him to come out swinging a little more when she put the tail back on him.

Much preferred the previous 2 to this one. Paxson... hmm... it's like she's hot for him, not that she's seriously investigating him. Maybe she really works for Management? But if they dropped her I don't think I'd miss her.

Liked how the Tommy character turned out at the end.

^ It would've helped if Paxson didn't say the same lines over and over again.

Yeah, and if every single on of the lines weren't cliche Michael Bay bad movie lines too.

I love the actress...really loved her in Journeyman. I hate her in this. She is literally saying nothing. Her character busts in and wastes time over and over and over. Ugh.:wtf:

Watched it, and I really felt bad for Fionna. Poor girl. :(

Yeah, me too. It's been one of the few times we've seen here really vulnerable. She actually cried in front of Michael and he still insists on getting his old job back.

What's up with THAT?

Still waiting for this to go up at Hulu, they're holding it till July 2nd since there's no new episode this week or something I think.

For what it's worth, I will hope we're finished with Paxson. :p

Maybe Paxson will become Fiona's new love interest after she gets tired of Michael wanting back in the spy business above all other priorities.
