Unseen adventures that tease us

no other show apart from Torchwood or Sarah Jane Adventures is in the Whoverse

Are you sure? Wasn't that Basil Fawlty in the art gallery in City of Death? ;)
as ive yet to see the episode I can not comment on that.

about the only current show Doctor Who could crossover with at the moment is Robin Hood, and even then that would be strange

the Doctor & his companion lands the TARDIS gets out, and notices 3 figures handing out food to the poor

theDoctor: those are good people, taking from the rich to give to the poor
companion: ooh, are they Robin Hood & his men?
theDoctor: possibly, lets go see, just try not to get into any "I can shoot my arrow further than you contests, you couldnt manage it on Sontar, you wont manage it here

theDoctor & his companion greet the 3 figures
theDoctor: you must be Robin Hood
Archer: no im Archer his half brother
companion: ok *looks over at the young woman*: you must be Marian
Kate: no im Kate
companion: there is something very wrong here Doctor
Doctor *looks at the last ungreeted figure and smiles*: I know you, were Guy of Gisbourne, aren't you?
Gisborouen: yes I am
companion: why is Gisbourne helping this guy who isnt Robin and woman who isnt Marian give food to the poor?
the Doctor: I dont know *insert name of companion* something is very strange here, history has remembered this very differently.

That was actually a little joke. I was referring to John Cleese's cameo in this scene

And, just for fun, here's an outtake that was used in one of the BBC Christmas specials

I think ive seen that clip before actually, but ive not seen Fawlty Towers, so I could not say Cleese is playing Basil Fawlty in it or not.

I've wanted to see the Torchwood adventure in the Himmalayas that P.M. Saxon sent them on to keep them from helping the Doctor, Martha, & Jack stop the Master in "The Sound of Drums."

Also, in "Everything Changes," Jack tells Gwen that Torchwood-2 is run by a strange Scottsman. I want them to do an episode where Cardiff's Torchwood team goes on assignment and meets these guys in Scotland.

How about seeing any of the 8th Doctor's adventures, including him regenerating into Doctor #9
Well, you can hear or read about (if not see) a number of the Eighth Doctor's adventures via Big Finish or the BBC books. For that matter, DWM carried a comic with him for a time, so you can see them. :)

As for the last... well, first you have to decide whether 9 regenerated immediately before Rose (my belief) or some time before (the approach the comics were going to take). ;)

Actually, he said that TW2 was JUST a "strange little Scottish guy"... he's since been given a name (can't remember if it was novels or audio) which pissed off those of us who'd figured the Seventh Doctor was meddling again... ;)

Even if the character has a name, how do we know it's not one of the Doctor's aliases? But I really like this idea. Of all the Doctors, McCoy is the one that would best fit the style of Torchwood. And while I've heard that the BBC doesn't want the Doctor or the Daleks to appear on Torchwood because they don't want to encourage the younger Doctor Who fans to watch such an adult show, would that still apply to a past Doctor from 20 years ago?

Not to mention Torchwood 4, which is 'missing'...

I forget where Jack said Torchwood 4 used to be, but its possible TW4 could be TW India

^Perhaps a rumored reappearance of Torchwood 4 was the pretext upon which P.M. Saxon sent Gwen, Owen, Tosh, & Ianto to the Himmalayas in "The Sound of Drums."

Isn't Blake's 7 supposed to be set in the same universe as Who?

As Starkers says, Daleks were suggested to appear at the end of B7 series 2.

Also, Tom Baker and Gareth Thomas were drinking buddies at the time, and had the idea that they should make an appearance in each others series. Nothing elaborate, no working together or anything like that. Just passing in a corridor, too caught up in their own adventures to do more than a quick greeting.
"Morning Doctor."
"Morning Roj."

Needless to say, TPTB didn't go for it.
