Steamy Dreams About Work Colleagues...

Don't anyone else suffer from this debilitating disorder???

I have incredibly vivid, exciting dreams as it is, but sometimes have naughty dreams (quite often nothing more than a passionate kiss) and often about male work colleagues.

My problem is being at work the next day and have to face them :(

This week the poor victim came over to my desk to say 'hi' the morning after and I simply sqeaked some inaudible mumble about deadlines and coffee!

I've since confessed the contents of the dream to him and now my discomfort seems to be his 'game' (god he's walking by my desk right now... )

Anyways... just wondered if anyone else 'suffers' in the same way ;)

Most of my work colleagues aren't exactly great lookers (there are quite a few, taken, exceptions). So, no.

What's 'taken' got to do with it... you can't help who you dream about and certainly can't be held responsible ;)

I married a work colleague, after dating several work colleagues, so I know of whence you speak!:techman:

What was even more fun was acting out the dreams, if they were game...

There is one on this BBS with whom I've sweated up the Freudian sheets more than once.

If he's single and you're still unattached, he should be doing more than walking by your desk...

Wow you people have way more intresting dreams then I do.

Can't really say this has happened to me, though there certaintly have been a few women I've worked together that I wouldn't mind dreaming about.

There have only been two women at work who have even rated thoughts in that direction. One was an intern who hasn't been around since last summer. The other works on a different floor and I hardly ever run into her anymore.

Neither has warranted any dreams so far.

Well, for the past 23 years, since I started working in health care, about 95% of my co-workers have been female; quite a few of them have been rather attractive. So, yes, I've 'suffered' this affliction.

No, but I recently had 'that kind' of dream about my friend's girlfriend : 0

I don't think about her in that way and never will, but as a result of said dream I always clam up and act like an awkward teenager whenever we're engaged in conversation : (

Clearly you do think about her that way, or else it would just be a stupid random dream that would have no bearing on your interactions with her.

I went through the same thing when I worked in human services. I shared an office with a very attractive woman who was in many of my dreams. She actually invited me over to her house once with the intention of spending the night. I didn't go, of course, because I was afraid of making things weird (i.e. I'm a dumbass).

For some reason, I thought the OP was talking about some homoerotic dream. Didn't realize you were a "she." Sorry about that.

I haven't had any steamy dreams in a long time. When I do, it hardly ever involves the opposite sex, just some random guy in the gym. Maybe it's because I have not been in a relationship in ages and don't think about sex very often.

I had a lot of people from work tell me "hey, you were in my dream last night" and I never bothered asking what happened because I was scared.
