A couple of my faves have been listed, (Eric Bana should be very happy he got that "Hello Christopher, I'm Nero" line) but I think the one that made me laugh with surprise and something like delight was McCoy's "I don't know. But I like him!" Beautiful.

Yeah..and URBAN really knows how to deliever a line doesn't he...great casting with him. Scene stealer (and as I said earlier, can't wait for PEGG and URBAN to trade barbs next time)

I don't recognize that one.

It's a phonetic spelling of something Chekov says. I can't remember where in the movie, so I don't know if it's a Russian curse, or a Russian exclamation of excitement, but it's Russian.

Chekov says it right after he beams Kirk and Sulu up from nearly falling to their death. I read an interview where the actor said he improvised that line, and it is basically Russian for "I did it!"
