It seems that the results of the HELP avatar contest made necessary the cloning of the golden Porthos, since we had two winners.

The co-winners are HR with a beautiful scene of Archer helping Trip and myself, who is childishly proud of her first animated avatar. Needless to say that it is very difficult to vote everytime because you guys always present wonderful pics .

Since the last contest was run by HR, I was asked to run this one. It's the first time I do something similar, so I'll imitate what HR did, do my best and hope I'll manage

One of the things that I love about Star Trek ( and sci-fi in general) is the feeling of wonder I often get from the ideas expressed and the stories told. So I'm thinking to propose WONDER as the theme of the next contest. It could be wonder(?) or wonder(!!) or whatever you think appropriate.

It seems that the voting usually begins Monday mornings Pacific time and I suppose I must do the same. (that is if I find out what time this is in Greece)

Here's my entry:

The schedule on these contests has been flexible. It's perfectly fine to give folks 4 full days to get their entries posted. Even longer, if someone needs a bit of time.

And post the voting thread at a time of day that's convenient for you, Iceb. Morning, evening, whatever. We'll follow your lead.

That's cool. You don't have to post your entry in the OP. HR could do it because it was an old av.

Thanks for your kind words and encouragement! so far things were easy, setting the poll makes me really anxious. It will be sometime Monday morning (US time), depending on when I'll manage to get home from work.
