In supporting this 'discussion' I think all of the answers are in a dead thread from Spring 2008. cylkoth nailed it about USA syndication.

Should Trek shows be on TV? Yes. On this forum that is something that can be agreed on.

I seem to recall reading that Spike maintains the rights to DS9 until the end of 2010.

A word of advice: wearing nothing but a trench coat and a picture of Captain Sisko over your private bits and proceeding to ask people on the street have they met "The Sisko" is not the way to expose people to DS9.
