It's not going to happen. Get over it, move on. The show is over and I'm sure that the producers appreciate your dedication to the show but its pointless. It's not coming back.
You might have one thing going for you and that is if (and its a big if after the weekend box office) MGM decides to buy distribution of the Terminator Franchise back from Warner Brothers like is being rumored as potentially happening. The cost is $50 million.
BTW You may want to look more into Sarah Connor Society since its owners have been frequently contacted and consulted regarding the show and, more importantly, because the writers and Josh Friedman frequent the message boards. Same with TerminatorFiles.
It does not matter who owns it, but for those who own it, there is too much money at stake to just let it disappear.
They have paid for the franchise, with money. The potential is there, the fanbase is there.
If the management does not want to do anything with it, the owners may decide they need better management.
I say it is likely that TSCC will be back. Let us hope next fall. Do not despair anyone.
The franchise is owned by a company. It has investors. The investors want return for investment. They do not want Terminator to be forgotten and buried as they have paid for it. If it is let be for ten years, it is too late. With the series, even one year might well be too late.
To get return for the investment means doing something with (in this case) the series and movies.
It is no different than going to bank, getting a loan and buying a cab to earn a living. You will want to drive it, not let be in garage.

But they are not the people who decide on the continuation of the series so their sayings do not matter that much.
To those who make the decisions, the viewers matter more and thus the writers are asked to write what they think will attract most viewers etc. Often thus worsening the series.
These people who write and produce were selected by those who own the franchise. They may choose the same people again, or choose other people, for season three.
