Sylar as spock, did you buy it?

He was much better in the role than I expected. I believed him as Spock almost immediately, which is impressive considering you have the original actor in the same movie to invite comparison.

One of the things that worried me the most about this movie was the possibility of a horrible Spock mark 2 but after seeing the movie I think this guy did a great job with the role. I had no trouble putting aside my memories of him as Sylar. So yes, I bought it, warts and all.

The only actor I ever had trouble separating from a character he portrayed is Jeff Bridges. He's a great and versatile actor but for me he will forever be The Dude.
