So he wasn't really Jimmy Olson? LAME!

Let's introduce the brother he never spoke about. And hey, let's introduce the Dad he said was a distant alcoholic.

People,

Wow. So in order for Clark to live, someone else had to die. Of course, with Lois missing, it's probable she'll come back next year.

Also, Clark, and everyone else, was way off base about Davis. Even without Doomsday, he was a beast.

BTW, I'm also afraid Smallville is going to be run into the ground, now that they've renewed it for two more seasons.

I wonder what story arcs they plan for the next two years? Personally, I hope they fit Darkseid in some how.

Rated the ep and season average.

Who or what the hell was that at the end? Hmmm!

Red Ranger

Is Chloe pregnant? That's what I thought when she was holding her stomach.

I voted Bad and that might be too generous. The conclusion of the Doomsday storyline was a massive disappointment and Davis died an unworthy death. The death of Jimmy...oh wait, I'm sorry...Not Jimmy wasn't much better and the retcon with his little brother was ridiculous.

I voted that this episode was "Terrible"

I voted that this season was "Bad" It started off very good, but ended very badly, it is like the first half was great and had a lot of potential, then it dropped off into crapville.

Episode: Terrible

Season: Average.

The episode was OK until the anticliamtic defeat of Doomsday.

I mean, I think we all expected it to be a bit anti-climatic knowing this show, but this was just ridiculous.

Couldn't the CW have spared a little money so they could create a better Clark/DD fight. Oh wait, this is the CW...

i've seen better fights though on smallville in the past

this was weak, especially on the part of Doomsday, he let Clark super speed him into the ground or something and couldn't escape? um, yeah

Okay, here's how I rated it: I gave the ep a 'Bad' and the season 'Good'. Overall, I liked this year, save the the Clana crap that was ramrodded down our throats mid-season.

But as a finale, this was really lame, especially in regards to the Doomsday storyline. Unless he's coming back next year, bigger and badder than ever, this just didn't do justice to the DC story from which it borrowed. The scene at the end with Clark and Chloe was good from a drama POV, but it wasn't enough to save the episode. Rokk played a more vital role in the story than the JL did; I'm not even certain why Canary and Impulse were there, other than to show a JL member other than Ollie.

I dunno, I'm really disappointed. That's two major disappointments in as many weeks.

Seriously, this episode premature ejaculated and didn't even give us the courtesy of cuddling afterwards. It just put its pants back on and bolted out the door without saying a word leaving us sitting there going, " :wtf: "

One question, why didn't clark go with future guys idea about sending Doomsday to the future?
