I really loved Nimoy's spock...I thought he was exactly where he should have been, in terms of his emotional at ease with himself.

He is getting roasted on some parts of the board because he didn't do the old 'sling shot around the sun' thingy again. To which I just laugh at those who bring such trivial stuff up like that...its really sad.

Anyway...he was open and he even had humor. Would love, absolutely have loved, to have seen a scene between Old Spock and newSarek...would have been, as we say, fascinating...

Bring back the 'sling shot thingy'...oye....when will they learn...

It seems Old Spock has finally found his inner center, after all these years of personal, emotional struggles.

However, as to where he is, he's probably busy bringing the Vulcan people back up to numbers. Of course, I assume his apparatus still works, even at the age of what, 120? 150?

I don't know...no different than melding with Mirror Spock. Their lives seem to have evolved differently to not be exactly the same...
