Would you watch a TV series with the movie cast?

Yes I would ...if and only if they have smart and witty dialogue with engaging stories that make you think a bit.

This movie better be a set up for what I describe above for the next film. They did a good job at setting it up for the next one...so it better deliver...and there are hints in this movie that it can...so I hope they can "take it to the next level"....

Absolutely...I was thinking as I left the theater that I wish I could tune in next week to find out what their next mission is.

I would really like to see another movie in a couple of years first. I'm not sure TV is where Star Trek needs to be. It's works so much better with a big budget and people who care about making a good product.

Yes, absolutely. Though I would indeed worry about the budget. If the finances are all right, then the sky's the limit!
