I just realized that L. Scott Caldwell, who plays Rose...was one of the marshalls in The Fugitive and so was Daniel Roebuck, as another marshall...who later played Arzt.
Not to mention it dawned on me that Bernard (Sam Anderson) was that docotr in foerrst Gump that told his mom his IQ was too low for public school.

I tried to watch Matthew Fox's previous series, Haunted the other day. It was terrible.

I saw Naveen Andrews in a movie called "Easy" that was pretty bad.

Jorge Garcia had a hilarious bit as a drug dealer on Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Yep - plus a quick check of IMDB shows Angel (which I really should have remembered!), The Shield, ER, CSI, and the obligatory Law & Order, amongst many others.

Not to mention my favourite role he's done - Johnny Gat in the Saints Row video games

I spotted Jennifer Morrison (Cameron on House MD) in the Brangelina movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith. And of course she plays Winona Kirk in Star Trek.

Currently watching Angel for the first time, where Sam Anderson had the recurring role of Wolfram and Hart's Holland Manners in the first two seasons. Only seen Daniel Dae Kim's lawyer once so far but it looks like he'll be recurring as well. Also, Josh Holloway, in his first ever TV appearance, is one of the vampires Angel dusts at the beginning of the series premiere.

Agreed. In fact, the main reason I started watching LOST to begin with was because of his performance in that movie....which I've seen about 25 times and which was the only previous performance of any of the original 'core' LOST cast members I recalled seeing.

That movie had just about a perfect cast though.

Terry O'Quinn is, of course, in a ton of stuff, including a number of episodes of the X-Files and the movie. He also gave an incredible performance in NCIS as a delusional Iraq War vet. Then agian, he's great in everything.
