It'll definitely be one of 2009's five top grossing films, I don't doubt that. I just wish it weren't going to take business from TREK.
Yes, I hate the way they've made Quinto look plastic
I have to wonder why they chose to use it, since it's not only unattractive but not recent. It's more plastic-looking and maybe even older than the image they used for their Trek cover back in October.I'm not so thrilled with the Quinto cover. Plastic, indeed.
But did you get paid? That's the next trick you want to work on.Wow! I had to do a magazine redesign in my Typography class and I picked Entertainment Weekly out of a hat. I redid the then current issue that had Lost on the cover...and I had to make 2 more covers. One I redid was a previous Star Trek one. I used that exact picture of Quinto as Spock facing the same way.
I can see the future!
Maybe you could get Borders or B&N to hold one for you?well, i drove around a few local book stores and grocery stores here in san diego.
barnes & nobles had about 8 EW spock covers but i wanted the uhura / kirk cover. then i drove to borders and they had last week's wolverine cover.
so i drove over to a few grocery stores and they a wolverine cover. all i came back with were groceries.![]()

The cover that mvrojo posted is different than the one Paramount posted for EW weekly.
