New Black Sabbath album

That animation style would have been better for the Bible Black video than what we got.

Tony Iommi said of the video: "I think it's bloody awful, to be honest" & "It looks like Casper the Ghost or something. We didn't have anything to do with it; that was sort of just presented to us, really. I'd have thought it could be done better than that, but that's just my opinion, and I'm just one of four."

At least the music's still great.

I wasn't aware they'd made a video for it until you mentioned it. Holy crap, that does suck.

When I first saw it, I hoped is wasn't really the official video. Most opinion on the B.S. website/forum is negative as well.

Just bought the album today, I had previously bought the mp3 of BB. I've been more a fan of the Dio Sabbath than the Ozzy, which I also like very much. Just like Dio's voice a lot more. This is another great reunion I've been waiting for.

I like them both(Ozzy and Dio) equally for different reasons, I suppose. They're almost like two different bands. It's too bad they didn't release more albums with Dio, though. Although if they had, we might not have gotten Holy Diver and Last In Line, so that might be a good thing. However, it's a shame they didn't stick together after Dehumanizer. Might have saved Sabbath the embarassment of albums like "Forbidden," which was garbage, IMO.

I liked the "other" Sabbath stuff. Not as much as Ozzy & Dio, but still good.

Dio is just hard to work with sometimes, just the way he is, he's admitted that in interviews. Like other extremely talented musicians (Malmsteen, Schenker, etc.).

Sabbath fans might like to check out the medieval music band Rondellus's Black Sabbath tribute album Sabbatum. It is Latin covers of classic Sabbath tunes with medieval instruments.
