What superhero had the dumbest looking costume?

Aside from the really dumb superheroes like Kite Man and so many others.
I'm going to have to take a deep breath, bite the bullet and say that my favorite hero -Superman- has the worst costume. The underpants-on-the-outside early 30s muscle-man suit just doesn't work anymore, Supes, sorry.
But at the same time I don't want to see you any other way.

Captain America. First he wraps himself in the flag, then puts on red booties with cuffs and little white wings on the sides of his cowl. Oh, and a big white "A" on his forehead - why not just a bullseye and be done with it?

I would have to say "The Ambiguously Gay Heroes" from SNL, but they're not for real.
99.99% of all superheroes/villains that are animal themed and try to make themselves look like that animal.

The Authority's Doctor's stupid robot-eye-looking goggles get on my nerves.
Alpha Flight's Puck's... a giant P on your chest, when you're 3' tall? Really?
Colossus' is unnecessarily... immodest when he's not armored up.
On the flipside of that coin, Wonder Woman's swimsuit always seemed to strike the wrong chord.

I'm remembering an X-Men parody about Apocalypse bringing Colossus back as one of his Horsemen (this is before he was brought back):
