That is the lovely Mädchen Amick, one of the old lady protector's nicer transformations.
Definitely The First Duty. Wesley was a fully realized, not idealized, character in that ep. That, not Journey's End, should have been his swan song. I also say The Dauphin is the next best ep featuring Wesley. -- RR
