Yesterday Squidbillies Vol 2 came out, and the 4th season of ''billies'' starts may 17th! anybody gotten VOL 2 on DVD yet? if so what do you think!

Yes I have, as I watch Adult Swim from time to time. I've seen a good 5-10 episodes worth and have personally determined it to be the antithesis of "funny", "intelligent" or "well-written".

I think most Adult Swim original shows take at least 3 or 4 full episodes before you "get" them. I hated Aqua Teen, The Venture Bros, and Superjail for a while before I finally got what made them funny.

That said, I have not given Squidbillies a chance yet. I usually turn the TV off when it comes on. I'm sure I'll accidentally watch a few full episodes sometime and find it hilarious. It happens with all these damn shows.

I was the same way with ''both'' Squidbillies & Superjail, Now I LOVE THEM BOTH! especialy the theme songs! Life on the outside ain't what it used to be! The worlds gone crazy and it ain't safe on the street! It's a drag I know, but I'm coming HOME! Oh YEAH! I'M COMING HOME! -SUPERJAIL

I love the show. I also love Moral Orel, Metalocalypse, Tim and Eric and Superjail.

Not a fan of Squidbillies, or most of the stuff on Adult Swim these days. ATHF hasn't been consistently funny in a couple of years but I'll still watch it. Robot Chicken is funny, though that is starting to get a bit old. Venture Bros is decent. Metalocalypse and Frisky Dingo are borderline. Everything else that Adult Swim has come up with lately has been pretty awful - Squidbillies, Tim & Eric (anything those guys do is just pathetic), SuperJail, 12 oz Mouse, Saul of the Mole Men, etc.

I will definitely agree that the charm of Robot Chicken is starting to wear off.

I agree with all of this, especially in regards to anything Tim and Eric do, though I have warmed up to Metalocalypse over time and still find Robot Chicken regularly funny, though I don't watch it often.
