Cheesiest lines?

"Assimilate this."

Ok, its brilliant, but its also cheesy as hell.
But I loved that line :D

Everyone does! What is funny, though, is listening to Ron Moore and Brannon Braga talking about it on the commentary of the movie - they clearly love it too - but are still a little apologetic about writing it. At one point they wonder if it was Michael Dorn's idea, but concede that it was almost certainly them.

TOS: Where No Man Has Gone Before

SPOCK: Irritating? Ah, yes! One of your Earth emotions.
KIRK: Certain you don't know what irritation is?
SPOCK: The fact one of my ancestors married a human female...

"A different perspective" the one where Riker was accused of murdering a scientist. It was a hologram of Riker from one person's POV where he was guilty as sin.

in which case, the quote's wrong, the scientist's name was 'apgar'.

oh, and the episode was called 'a matter of perpective'
[/pedant]

Internment Camp 371 was a giant cheese factory:

Martok: There is no greater enemy than ones own fears
Worf: It takes a brave man to face them
(cue dramatic shot to Garak)

Martok: What hero of legends could have done as well
Worf: Heros of legends do not ache so much

 indeed. Enabran's last 'touching scene' with Garak was pretty bad too.

Also, "My people have a saying..."
Who says that? It wasn't even a metaphor, it was just describing what had just happened in case you had suffered brain damage in the intervening 4 seconds.

Don't forget the most cringeworthy line in ST history. Wesley: "I'm with Starfleet. We don't lie." -- RR

I can see Riker using that. Taking one of the Titans shuttles to Risa...

"Are you sure you're single?"
"I'm with Starfleet. We don't lie"

And then he takes off his pants. If he hasn't already.

I like that episode for many reasons. Mainly because if I wanted a Klingon pet, it'd be Martok. But seriously. Two brave Klingon warriors who would laugh off getting stabbed in face suddenly acting like being in a small room is a worthy fear to them.

..and although it's not dialogue... but Worfs forced laugh at the end of Parmaq was one of the worst thing I'd seen in that season. Along with "So much for Quarktjino."

Yeah, you're right. Sorry about the title confusion.

And the cheesiness of that line was intentional, I'm sure. We all know Riker never actually said that. It was just Apgar's memories of what a douchebag he thought Riker was.

Yeah, I always think of that as more (intentionally) funny than cheesy. It always makes me laugh.
