Things you never leave home without.

I didn't even think about my watch . . . I literally never take it off, so naturally I never go anywhere without it
I really do feel naked without it
The only time I ever take mine off is when I shower and when I sleep. Otherwise, it's on my wrist.

I sleep with mine on. Only the chance that it'll get water in it makes me take off my watch.

But, aside from the obvious stuff, I never leave home without my iPod, chapstick, and my Metropass.

I never leave the house apart from to go to school (Which due to problems, Isn't often) but when I do leave I just usually take my Ipod...

Another watch-wearer here, never take the thing off, wash in it, sleep in it, etc etc. Sleeping in it is now utterly pointless because the backlight is bust, but I couldn't not do it. I'd just look at my bare wrist all the time. My wrist actually has a visible change in skin colour and a depression where my watch goes.
Other than that, i take the usual crap discounted in the OP out everywhere, plus my warrant card.

yeah, I haven't been out in the sun for months because of winter so I'm pale as . . . some really pale thing
but I still have a tanline on my wrist

I have lived without a watch for years. It has been very liberating. I do keep a clock at home & at work to help me keep appointemts. Besides so many electronic devices have a clock feature...like the mp3 player & pager (and cell phone) that I haven't missed having a watch strapped to my wrist.

Besides the normal wallets, smartphone, keys, I take the following with me:

Pistol
2 spare magazines
Leatherman Wave
Surefire G2
Advanced 1st field medic kit (stethoscope, tourniquet, ace wraps, medical tape, various bandages, splints, packs of quick clot, etc..)
ASP baton
rain gear
lighter
water bottles
snacks
duct tape
electrical tape
small pack to carry off of this.

Now of course not all of that gets carried on my person, but it stays in my vehicle which I wont be too far from at any point during the day.

Add me in the always wear a watch camp.
Let me thrice that. I cant not wear one with out feeling out of sorts.

Yeah, I have a box like that in each of my cars too. Not as well stocked as yours though.
