VORLONS vs JEDIS

A Jedi who's really good at the quickdraw might be able to cut a Vorlon in half with his lightsaber before he had time to respond. But if the fight goes longer than a second and a half, even the most powerful Jedi of all time would lose.

Mano-a-mano, there's very little on the mortal plane in any universe that can go toe-to-toe with a Vorlon. And probably a few above the mortal plane couldn't hack it either.

Do the Jedi have any rules against using poisons? If not, they might be able to take out some Vorlons using certain chemical weapons.

Hurm...that's TRUE, but the VORLON must be exposed ''AND'' in a phisical form to have any real effect! And as far as I know Vorlons are ''ENERGY'' beings, and only become human (for lack of a better word) when they WANT to.

The only thing that might maybe could affect a Vorlon in some way might be that force lightning thing some jedi or sith can do. I don't know what it would do a Vorlon though, if anything. It might kill the encounter suite, but not the Vorlon.

They tried that on B5 (lightning) Destroyed the suit, but the Vorlon was pretty ticked off!

Back to the ships, the Vorlons win hands down. The Vorlons technology was said to be so advanced on their homeworld that humans wouldn't be ready for it for another million years. That sounds kinda advanced to me.

Maybe. We know Kosh was killed by a group of Shadows (a weaker race) who themselves have been obliterated by (massive) PPG fire. Several Vorlon ships were destroyed in Into the Fire. Whatever the true nature of Vorlons might be, it seems they can be unmade by normal physical means.

Lightsabers have typically been shown to cut through just about anything, meaning they are high energy weapons (certainly higher than PPGs). Whether this is enough energy is unknown, since we have only seen one Vorlon lose a fight once, and that was off-camera.

Even if it could work, Jedis would still be a loser bet.

The Jedi are out numbered. Its a selection of citizens who are their society's guardians versus an entire society.

The Vorlons are fairly strict too so negotiations arem't going to go well for the Jedi once the Vorlons decide that is it for them

I go with the Vorlon. Simply because I think the Vorlon have the Jedi's powers, and then more on top of them. Yeah, they don't have lightsabers..but so what. At least they didn't end up hiding on some swap world or some dingy cave on Tatooine...The Jedi's hid because Droids and Clones whooped up on them....That isn't a good thing to brag about.

I don't know, it seams lightning has a pretty good ''effect'' on the ''Skywalkers'' if it wasn't for yoda Anakin would have died at the hands of ''count what'cha ma call him'' (I can't belive I really forgot he's name!) and luke would have died at the hands of palpatine if not for ''daddy'' so I really don't see either of them killing a VORLON!
