"You're very clever, young man, very clever! It's sombreros all the way down!"

3000 quatloos and a fried pig to anyone who gets that reference.

Old lady: "It's turtles all the way down."

I take check or money order. :D

There was something interesting in tonight's episode of Family Guy...

It seems as though sombreros have even infiltrated fictional Star Trek conventions.

That had better be meant to be a sombrero, or else we'll have to sic Captain Robau on their asses! To celebrate the sombrerofication of Family Guy, here's a lovely image of the Sombreroprise I just whipped up:

Now doesn't that look like Ryan Church's new Enterprise?

It looks like they took the body of the TMP refit, grafted on the nacelles of the NX-class, and swapped out the neck and saucer with undersized Galaxy-class parts.

Wow, I need a life. :shifty:

With the recent announcement of the greenlighting of Star Trek XII, it looks like I'm going to get another chance to ask my sombrero question of the Star Trek panel at the Comic-Con this year. :techman:

You should film it or at least get a voice recorder so we could archive that great piece of sombrero history!

^

Sombreroprise loves his saucerbrero!

This makes me laugh until I pee, and then I laugh some more. And then more pee.

And Sam, your avatar is disgustingly hilarious also.

I love this thread. You can have the shittiest day at work, and then all you have to do is kick of your shoes, shove a sombrero on, open a bottle of whatever cleaning product you have under the sink, kick back, and open this thread. :techman:

Question: I have not read through all the pages to this thead, but wouldn't DS9 be best suited as a sombrero rack?

And I am envisioning a child's classic, a Sit N Spin, as the center of the station...

If T'Bonz and the others running these boards ever have BBS merchandise for sale one item should be a Sombrero with our site logo emblazoned on the brim! Shit. Most of us would pay for at least one of those!
