Norton Internet Security vs. Microsoft Live OneCare

Just wondering if i should renew my subscription to Norton Internet Security, or go ahead & subscribe to Microsoft Windows LiveOneCare?

I know "btter" options will be mentioned...but that's kinda where we are in the household...one of two.

I am leaning to Microsoft, as they helped clear the Vundo virus from my computer...

Any experience on either?

Stick with what you have. I tried the OneCare crap and it took over my life. MS thinks you bought the computer to run the freaking OneCare software. And on top of that, there is no actual telephone support of any usefulness.

In my experience this is true of most "security" applications, certainly including Norton.

I wouldn't touch either of them.

Norton used to be trusted name - it's now a bloat resource hog. Trend, McAfee, AVG, Kapinsky anything but Norton and Microsoft.
