i have 3 sets of foot wear. 1x trainers (sneakers), 1x shoes for work and 1x canvas shoes for in the house.

What's wrong with you people. I have 14 pairs of shoes, 7 pairs of summer flats (3 unworn), 16 pairs of boots and 4 pairs of party shoes which hang on the wall, oh and a bad back

and it must be night time somewhere...

i'm a bloke! the only other footwear i need is a pair of wellies for the wet or winter. an oversight i intend to correct soon.

Or you could just put plastic bags over your shoes. Cheaper and very portable.

I have only once in my life owned more than one pair of shoes. During this time, I only ever wore the one pair, forget that I owned the other one, and eventually lost them. Lesson learned: more than one pair is redundant.

I only have three pairs of shoes (my blue converse's, some brown skate shoes, and some work/winter boots), but I'd definitely have a lot more if I could afford them.

I'll confess to the stage where I actually plan the footwear first and work around that....
