Why is it "too bad" that a program is on Hulu?

Is it a privacy issue?, tracking your IP address?

I watch Hulu all the time (not registered) - is there something I should be aware of?

Maybe it's because Hulu says "currently our video library can only be streamed within the United States"

So if you are not in the US you can't see the video,so Hulu is bad for you.
