Is there a guide on the philosophy of the different species?

Anyone know if there are articles online comparing the philosophies of the different species? Their thoughts on war, morals within their own people, laws etc?
I tried searching at Treknation, but didn't find anything at all.

I've seen some RPG guides for the Cardassians that go into a lot of detail...they're not canon at all, and I kind of pick and choose what I adopt for my fanfic, but if you like, I can post you the links. Similar things may exist for other species, but I have no idea.

Knowing the kinds of things that people have made about Trek I was certain someone would have analyzed the philosophies of the different species'. After all, philosophy is the framework upon any society is built.
