To drychlick: Personally, I believe age, gender and background are no barriers to love (but then again I'm pretty liberal-minded for someone of my designation). Get to know her, drychlick. Ask her out if you can. Find out more and in the process, open yourself up to her too. Love is for most people a two-way process.

I've always had a real hard time getting on in the dating sense with women that are a lot younger than me. By and large people in their early 20's are just too excitable for me to be around on a constant basis. And I know i'm going to draw the ire of some people saying that but it isn't supposed to be an insult, I have changed from a very boisterous 20 year old to a quite sedentary 32 year old and that's just where I am now.
There's no moral reason why I am against it though, and everyone is different, so if you like her drychlick just go for it.

Everybody is attracted to young people of their preferred gender, for obvious reasons; it's easy to mistake that for a deeper connection. Twenty four years is a big difference. Personally, I have an informal limit of twelve years; I figure if someone is young enough to be my daughter, that's a bit much.
