 your comment after the photo makes it even better!

No, but that outfit distracted from the positive aspects of the show. JNT seemed to be trying to push back the age demographic by 10 years. I also hated the question mark umbrella of doctor number 7. But I was a cynical 20 something when Colin Baker took on the roll.

Obviously I understand what the BBC was trying to do there, but I could never figure out why the Doctor himself would want a bunch of dorky question marks all over his clothes, or would want to carry around an umbrella shaped like a question mark. :wtf:

At least with the Riddler, you could kind of understand the reasoning behind it. But it's not like the Doctor went around posing riddles to people or anything. And the fact he never gave his name wasn't THAT big a deal before that.

Oh, I loathed the outfit (I actually treasure the few scenes we get with Colin in Peter's sweater during Twin Dilema), but Baker & Bryant made me come back for more each week. I have always expressly appreciated Colin Baker's performance as The Doctor, and it is his sheer energy, charisma, and presence that shines straight through the horrid ensemble. Hell, his vest in The Two Doctors is positively a cakewalk... ;)

you know if I recall correctly there is a shot of David Tennant in drag out there, if I had any photo editing skills I would edit them together in a Charlies Angels type pose.

I don't see what the big deal is? matt's an actor foing exactly what the script tells him to do, to be PAID to be in drag.

It's not like it's a lifestyle choice.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I dont recall objecting to him being in a dress, if I had a decent figure, and it was Halloween I might do it myself, I just thought "this should shut up all those people moaning about Matt Smith outfit"

I also thought it was slightly amusing.

Im not trying to make a big deal out of it, just thought some of you might find it amusing & provide some perspective as to how awful Matt Smiths outfit might or might not be.

:guffaw:(cant believe im going to say this) that avatar is the other time David Tennant was in drag, on the Friday Night Project.

Anyways thats 3/11 Doctors, any of the other Doctors ever dragged up, on or off Doctor Who? 1 of them has to have been in panto as a wicked step sister right?

Wow, I actually went and watched that youtube video, and it's hilarious! Wow, Tennant as a woman... twice!

It's not even 9am and my thoughts are now revolving around three Doctors in drag and the knowledge that I have a picture of Sylvester McCoy in his pants on my phone.

Surely McGanns put on a dress at some point. Though that is an assumption based on pretty much nothing...

It's got Pertwee, C. Baker, Tennant, and Smith.

^ nice find, now I got to find a website where I would dare use it as my avatar

You're free to use it as your avatar here if you want! I don't even care if you cite me as the creator or not. As long as it makes you laugh, that's enough for me!
