On Californication a couple weeks back, Dachovny see's this screeching homemaker southern verbal diarrheal TV Chef, who is also little blond and very fit. To wit he says "I honestly, don't know if I want to fu<k her or punch her."

His friend the Cylon who used to mess with Starbuck's emotions on battlestar labels this internal turmoil as that he wants to "hatefu<k" her.

That sums up my feelings on Lily.

There's also Seasons One and Two of the current series....

And then there's the fact that every one of Moffat's Doctor stories ("Blink" is a Sally story, not a Doctor story) have in some way focused on the Doctor falling in love.... I'm hopeful that Series Five will be nice and romantic.

In all honesty, I don't mind some Doctor romance. I just don't want it to be the silly, juvenile doe-eyed stuff that we got in season two. I want a mature, intelligent relationship built on passion, not 'Oh he's such a hero!' stuff...

What exactly did you think when Jack, Rose and the Doctor were trying to work out how they'd pair up? The sexual undertones between jack and the Doctor were hilarious at the time and now thanks to Tochwood cutting loose, they're adorable and cute.
