Super Size Me. It got to the point where I just wanted to vomit every time they showed him eating McDonalds. It was particularly nasty because it was real.

I want to vomit whenever I *see* a McDonalds.
If you're counting movies like this, one of the few films, that I had to consciously make myself watch to the end although I would have rather done something else, was One Day in September; although not because it's a bad film or anything, but because the story is just so unbelievably grotesquely barbaric. Humans are far worse in real life than they could ever be on screen...
That's what immediately came to mind for me when I read the thread title. I have to look away every time that scene comes on. Great movie, but damn that scene is hard to take.
Really? It's not even that graphic. The camera pans away when it happens, and all you see is Madsen walking around with a fake ear. It's pretty tame, as far as movie dismemberments go.
Kinda sorta. The camera does have Madsen's character fighting to cut the ear off with a straight razor(?) Maybe it's because I've had several ear surgeries, including one where my outer ear was actually cut off and sewn back on, which makes that scene hit close to home.
I could never watch that movie again.
It's not just seeing it, it's hearing the dude's teeth rub against the pavement in preparation.

Halfway through I stopped and got some fries from McDonalds... probably the complete polar opposite effect.
For me Truly Bad Things. They put on the video case that it was "funnier than There's Something About Mary." Oh, you've just stabbed a guy to death, and his final screams for help are coming from the bathroom. Guffaw.

Its been a few years since I've watched it but I'm pretty sure he was wearing combat boots, and he wanted to do it for sure. I guess it depends on the force applied and what you want to come out of it. My teeth are hurting thinking about it.
David Cronenberg's 1986 remake of The Fly. The inside-out baboon is especially gross.
