No, they're really, really not. The name of the film is Star Trek. That's all. No "Zero," no "XI," no subtitle, no bloody A, B, C, or D. I think the original poster is nicknaming it "Star Trek Zero" by analogy with the "#0" prequel or preview issues of various comic books, or is imitating somebody else who nicknamed it that. Anyway, I think it's the first time I've ever heard that particular nickname.
Writer Roberto Orci referred to the movie as Star Trek Zero in an interview at trekmovie.com meaning that you didn't need knowledge of the previous television shows or movies to enjoy the new film.
IMDB lists Star Trek Zero as the working title for the new film.
Not sure about the hull marking font(s), but there's been allegations that the Starfleet console font in use aboard our alt.1701 is one of Typodermic.com's designs, Korataki.
