Since Cryptosporidium is a protozoan that can easily removed from water by ultrafiltration, and the fact that it only has a limited neural set up. I believe that the Visitors would kick ass.

I used to work for a company that gave out cards reminding doctors that we worked near sewers and might have a liver full of the buggers.

Well I work in sewers from time to time and am very careful to limit my ingestion of the Crypto.
