Nice listings

You may want to throw in Warp One as another pre-made supplier. They tend to be a hell of alot better than the Rubies versions. Theres also this place on eBay who do custom jobs... but I haven't seen anything outside of the photos in thei listings.

Theres a couple of others on eBay, including a German based place, but the Cosplaying seller seems good for the money.

What type of material are the uniforms made off?

dreadpiraterose, a lot of the threads you start are about your site. While it's fine to start a discussion related to something also discussed elsewhere (like your site), if you just want to talk about your site, I might suggest Web Sites/Design. It's an interesting topic, though, so I'll leave it open to talk about uniform building (there are other people here who make uniforms or other trek-related costumes and they might have their own suggestions).

The pre-mades are usually polyester blends. If you buy a screen replica, it really depends.

If you're making it yourself to screen accuracy, most are wool blends (and therefore quite hot).

Gotcha. Thanks for the heads up/suggestion, but most of the blog posts I have are directly related to Trek conventions, costumes, etc. and NOT about site design or anything else like that. I only make posts about stuff that is applicable to Star Trek. Therefore I didn't see a problem with posting them in Trek general discussion section. If you're telling me it is, then I guess I'll relocate.
