Will you still use the TrekBBS at Christmas?

It aint Christmas until the fat lady sings, at midnight Mass. Then it's 12 days of celebration.

I know, I know "...you can't handle the truth!"

I'll be on for a bit tomorrow afternoon, but we are having a bit of company for dinner, and then it's off to be a faux-Lutheran. And blast their organ good.

I will find a few minutes throughout Christmas to stop by & check for any Star Trek XI presents in TTNI.

I'm not having Christmas dinner until Saturday when my father drives down, so I'll no doubt be here on and off during the day on Christmas, even though I have hundreds of DVDs to watch. :)

of course! i have to come on to bitch/rave about the Who Xmas special tomorrow night/Boxing Day.

besides, like someone else said: Internet ready computer/broadband connection/no brainer...

I'll pop in occasionally.

I'm enjoying a nice long lie in this morning, btw. 9.40am... far too early for holidays... I'm sure I can manage another hour. :)

Well, your Xmas day is more like my Boxing Day, so I daresay I'll be here. Pouting, no doubt. :) I have to talk to someone about the Who Xmas special! Uhh, eventually. Whenever I see it. However far away that is. Mm

Well it's Crimbo Eve, I got up at 4:10am this morning, went to work and started work at 5:15am. I finished work at 2:15pm and came straight home. My wife finishes work at 5:00pm and after I pick her up we're going to a party so from now until 5:00pm I have nothing to do. :(

My mouse cursor keeps turning invisible :( I think its the ad at the top right with the funny hand that's causing it.

Well, here it is Xmas Eve and I'm posting. Just got home from Choir practice and enjoying a cup of coffee. Will be lighting a fire in the woodstove, shoveling the walk, and wrapping presents soon.

My DW is making lasagna tonight for dinner. She's got a colleague who has nowhere to go tonight, and we're going to pack up the left overs and give them to the priest so he doesn't have to microwave a Hot Pocket after his last Mass tonight.

The little one is watching cartoons and awaits the arrival of Santa. Driving me nuts trying to put the Baby Jesus figure into the Nativity scene. I expect that a showing of Wall*E will be in her future.

Still here.
I should start wrapping presents, but... nah

Just stick a bow on them and tell them you're being environmentally friendly by not using wrapping paper... ;)
Something I've always wanted to do is what Jack Osbourne did in an episode of The Osbournes, where he couldn't be bothered and just covered the gift in tin foil

Anyway, I'm looking forward to watching The Dark Knight DVD tomorrow, which I bought on release day but decided to wait till Xmas to watch it

Mr WB and I have just finished off a big bowl of homemade lentil curry (yes, the vegetarian kind!). We're both snuggled up on the couch and breaking open a new dvd of CSI. It's a new show to us and I'm looking forward to seeing it. The gifts are all wrapped, the house has had a Christmas clean, the beds have had their linens changed in anticpation of post-Christmas guests. The only fly in the ointment is that we're both fighting off the beginnings of some kind of cold. Oh, well, you can't have everything.

i'll probaly pop in for a visit, see what's happening,
i wonder if loo roll will make good wrapping paper, got 20 rolls of the stuff but forgot wrapping paper
