The last time I purchased and drank it was at Uni 9 years ago when it was £1 a pint.
I likes me a decent bitter, and I like a nice foamy head on the beer to boot. Yet, I prefer to not be able to taste the actual sweat of the maker in the beer itself. There are days when Caffrey's tastes like feet. And then there are days when it tastes like a chemical-based-foot-flavoured-additive.
Not for me. Though an old northern friend still insists on buying me a pint of it along with his own
