One scene I recall with fondness is when Kirk, kicks Commander Kruge(Christopher Lloyd) off the cliff...

Kirk: I (kick) have (kick) had (kick) enough (kick) of (kick) you (kick) and after the final kick Kruge falls to a deserved death, after all he killed David Marcus, who was Kirks son.

What other baddies got what they deserved in Trek...

Although not a traditional baddie, what happens to Cyrano Jones at the end of The Trouble With Tribbles -- stuck cleaning up all the tribbles on station K-7, was a fitting fate, I thought! I also enjoyed when the flying pancake creatures from Operation: Annihilate got fried. And when time-traveling fraud Rasmussen gets stuck in the 24th century without his time machine, a beautiful, fitting end to his scheme! -- RR

One of the best things that Neelix did on Voyager was to off Jonas, I never liked him even before we found out that he was a triator...

But let's see... hmmmm I thought that Khan got what was coming to him. So blinded by his ego and hatred that he got his entire crew (the crew which he worked so hard to keep alive for however many years on Ceti Alpha 5) killed! And he blamed Kirk for that, too! (he told his XO that he will avenge him!)

Picard nearly got what was coming to him when he called Worf a coward in FC.

That revenge-filled alien who tried to trick Voyager into boarding the USS Dauntless....

There are other instances, of course. Although with Star Trek, the advanced ideals seemed to result in the antagonist being shown mercy by our heroes more times than not, unless of course they lead to their own demise.

That's one of my favourites, too. My other is from Nemesis when Riker kicks the Reman down the shaft. Would have been even better if they'd kept the "Hell is dark" line in.
