Transformers 2: Ravage, and a new-old character revealed *SPOILERS*

I do not know how true these pictures are, but that blog has been mostly truthful about Transformers.

Spoiler: my thoughts

Ravage looks stunning! Truly dangerous, highly menacing, something that can give you nightmares. Looks better than Scorponok, and he is supposed to be the Scorponok like character in the sequel. The 'cyclops' eye if it is that, looks gorgeous on the facial design.

Megatron, looks smoother than previous design, though not feeling the right arm being disproportionate to the left, although it hints back to his G-1 design. Could be a deliberate nod after the fan reaction from the first. But what's truly worrying is he has a rapist's penis extension! Perhaps he is excited in being revived from the dead - a deah that happened in the hands of a teenaged fleshling.

I like the new designs. In the first film, I thought Megatron was the "weakest link" in terms of visual design. I'm glad that being crushed in the ocean depths did some good -- I mean evil.

I just hope they don't kill Optimus Prime in the movie. It seems like Prime has to kick the Autobucket in virtually every continuity.

As to Ravage I like it all but the cyclopian eye.
I couldn't see Megs in your link but if its the same as I've seen before then I'm ok with Megs.

^ I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought about that! Ravage looks pretty cool and yeah Megs looks way better than he did in the first movie. The designs are what they are unfortunately and not everyone is going to dig them but they're okay for the most part.

I couldn't see Megs in your link but if its the same as I've seen before then I'm ok with Megs.

Look at it again. You can make out the eyes on his head. Looks like a nice, shiny red nose.

Ravage looks great - I'm really liking him. And Megatron is something of an improvement, but I really wish they'd give him an Earth form. He looks quite good, but I want him to be a robot in disguise.

This version of Megs actually hates Earth and everything it stands for, hence his reluctance to choose an Earth form to blend in. His arrogance causes him to think he needs not to be covert.

These designs are just too "busy". I'm not necessarily asking for a complete retread of the classic figures, but my experience is the simpler the better.

Ravage looks cool, but reminds me of the Invid hellcats from the Sentinels. Megs looks much better, and I actually don't like either of those Soundwave concepts.
