^^For a question like this, it may not hurt to ask a mod to move it, see how the whole board looks.
For me, I am a crazy-ass runner. I was running fairly consistently up until a little over a year go when I hurt myself. Since then, I've had a hard time starting back up. However, I've got a race, I've got a training schedule, and I'm determined.
I'm training for the Big Horn 50km race in June, and I got a schedule set up that should get me there. I will be running 4 times a week- 30min once a week, 90 min oncea week, 1 hour once a week, and then a long weekend run ranging from 2 hours to 6 hours. I will also be cross training twice a week, which will probably be the stationary bike or aqua jogging. Through out the winter, I will also be trying to get some snow shoeing in, and I have a racquet ball class.
For the rest of the year, when I'm not running, I'm trying to bike, walk, hike, or paly ultimate frisbee. For winter, I will try to be outside as much as possible. I may need to upgrade a few of my winter clothes, but I can't stand working out inside (and running those majorly long lengths inside will probably do me a lot of damage). My hope is to go up to the trails as often as possible and do my long running up there.
