I simply can not eat Fast Food burgers. No matter how tastey they might be at the time, I pay and pay and pay for it with stomach pains for hours afterwards.
If I want a burger when out and about I go to Gourmet Burger Kitchen (London's best burger franchise IMO) and order the Aberdeen Angus with Chorizo and spicey relish, with fat "home made" chips (not fries). It costs a whole lot more, but tastes infinitely better and with no ill-side affects.
Or... I make my own. Lean mince (with any excess fat lost in the cooking removed), salt/pepper, ground fresh red chilli's, a pinch of cumin, worcester sauce or HP sauce, egg white for binding, some stale breadcrumbs ground and blended in, basil and a very small touch of coriander leaf finely chopped... all cooked to your preference (medium for me thanks), topped with a few slices of advocado and homemade green tomato chutney, in between a toasted seasame bun.
Takes five minutes to prepare and however long to cook depending on how you want it.
Hugo - wants one NOW, but is ill so will have chicken soup.
