Bush Snubbed by World Leaders!

Is he staring at Hu Jintao's butt (at 0:38)?
I think that's more his fault due to his body language rather then being deliberately snubbed. He enters with his head down and looking away from people, his hands glued to his sides like Jerry Espenson, and makes no effort to engage in handshaking himself. He barely nods to one or two of them and just walks down the row with his head hung low like he's approaching the gas chamber or something.
^I hope you're correct because if they're not shaking his hand out of disrespect, then that's childish. Now I'm a very liberal guy, I cheered when Obama won the election and I will not miss Bush. BUT. I'd still shake Bush's hand because I respect the office of the President of the United States.

QFT. I gleefully voted Bush Sr. out of office, but I was livid with rage a few months later when Saddam Hussein tried to have him killed. Nobody fucks with a President of the United States.

I'm no fan of Bush, but this video has already been debunked. Bush had arrived much earlier and had shaken hands with all those folks already.

Yeah, he isn't really making any eye contact, and he doesn't raise his hands or anything. Some of the other leaders still smile and nod at him and he barely acknowledges them at all.
They're just trying to kiss up to Obama already.
If the volume is enhanced, you can hear one of them--can't say which--comment, "Don't touch Bush, he's got the cooties".
