Play DVD deals

Hi all UK posters.

Classic series DVDs are currently going for £6.99 for many titles on play.com - picked up 4 myself.

Also Torchwood S1 for a very good £17.99.

Just in case it has not been raised here yet.

Dang and I thought the mind robbers for £8 was good going, probably going to find it's cheaper now...oh well only a pound I suppose! Thanks for the heads up!

A lot of the classic Who DVDs are going cheap at dvd.co.uk as well. I held back on buying until the price dropped below £7. Even so, I'll avoid the real duds, such as Time-Flight and Timelash, until they're listed in the bargain bucket.

Nice find, just treated myself to The Time Warrior, War Machines,The Brain of Morbius and the Beneath the surface box set.....i of course thank you, but my credit card does not....

Meh - I just paid my credit card bill and I think it took a few years off my life, but hey, I'm consuming and helping the economy during the recession, it makes me a good person!

Well they all popped through the door this morning, looks like its going to be a classic Dr Who weekend.

Had to be a bit careful as I have a load of birthdays before Christmas to buy for, but have ordered the new beginnings boxset, three Who DVDs for only a tenner! hurrah! On a non-who note got myself Blakes 7 junction as I'd been meaning to buy it for absolutely ages!

Amazon have Series 2 at £28.97
Play has the New Beginnings boxset for £10.99
Asda has Series 3 for £25.93
