Although you would only ever be able to use each piece of equipment within the confines of it the Holodeck would be by far the best piece of technology to have and from there you could get the experience of using all the other things in Star Trek.
The holodeck would probably kill me. I'm addicted to my DS, so a holodeck...? Yeah, I'd stop eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom. Doesn't mean I would want one, though.

I would want the Warp drive technology. I don't care if it's woefully primitive like the Phoenix or top-of-the-line like NCC-1701-E.
